A Message from CEO Alex West: ArtCloud Is Merging with Artlogic

I’m excited to share that ArtCloud is merging with Artlogic, one of the most respected and innovative technology companies in the global art market.

Since launching ArtCloud over a decade ago with my friend Andrew Smith, our goal has always been to empower galleries, artists, and creative professionals with tools that help them do more of what they love, and less of what they don’t. As someone who cofounded an arts nonprofit and is involved in the art world here in Atlanta, I’ve seen firsthand how technology can remove barriers, save time, and unlock new growth.

That mission hasn’t changed. But by joining forces with Artlogic, we now have more ways to scale that vision and build an even stronger foundation for the future.

Scaling Together

Together, we’ll support more than 6,000 galleries, artists, and collectors, with access to over 15 million artworks across our platforms. We now serve over 10,000 daily active users, support more than 3,000 live websites, and enable the sending of over 160 million marketing emails annually. This scale gives us the reach and resources to deliver innovation faster, with more stability and long-term investment.

We’ve designed this merger with one priority in mind: you, our community.

Here’s what’s staying the same:

• Your day-to-day experience remains unchanged
• There are no changes to your pricing
  • • You can continue using the ArtCloud platform as you do today
  • • Our support team remains the same and is here for you
  • • Both platforms will continue to operate independently for the foreseeable future

Behind the scenes, our product and engineering teams are already collaborating to lay the groundwork for even more powerful tools. Any future updates will be shared clearly and with your needs in mind.

A Shared Vision

Artlogic and ArtCloud share more than technical strength, we share a belief in thoughtful design, dependable tools, and real, customer-first innovation. This partnership reflects that vision, and it’s why I’m so excited for what comes next. We’ll be investing more into the ArtCloud platform, aiming to ship more features to customers that will help you sell more art and connect with more collectors, whilst delivering even better customer support along the way.
